- 5 min. warm up walk
- jog 90 seconds, walk 90 seconds
- jog 3 min., walk 3 min.
- Repeat Steps 2 & 3
- Cool down
This week was a piece of cake despite the cold, wet weather. I feel great! Sometimes I find myself wanting to go out and run on "off" days...I must be crazy....
Next week could be a challenge since we'll be out of town for a chunk of it. May the weather be good or a treadmill close by!
