Remembering Pumpkin Patch #2

My parents came to visit us for a weekend so we took them to another pumpkin patch...this one not only had a corn maze and pumpkins, but also games!  Lots and lots of games!

This pumpkin patch is located on a working dairy/corn farm, so up first was a big "pool" filled with corn to "swim" in...

Then there was a hay bale maze...

...and the chance to do some roping...(is that what it is called???)

...and there was a ladder to climb and a lot of hay to land in when you fell...

And then there were the games.  First up:  Mini Golf.

Up next was bowling for baby (calf) bottles...

They also had an apple tossing game and a bean bag tossing game.  Gavin just wanted to chew on the apples while Logan threw some bean bags...and even scored some points!

...and lets not forget the ring toss.  It was one game Logan had no interest in, but Gavin thought it was pretty fun!  At least he thought it was fun to wear the rings on his head anyway...

Before we could leave the barn and take the hay ride over to the corn maze and pumpkin patch, I had to catch my boys giving me some "cheesy" grins...

Okay, now on to the hay ride and corn maze...

This was just a small corn maze, and we were out quickly.  Spread out across the field at the exit were pumpkins!  Lots and lots of pumpkins!

Logan was quickly distracted by a much more exciting attraction...

Eventually Gavin thought he needed to be a part of the fun too...

Finally it was time to head home.  Once again I had to very tired, dirty, and happy boys.  That makes Pumpkin Patch #2 another success!
